Whaddya mean, Viggo?

RIP, Anna Nicole. I hope you find yourself, now. I hope your baby gets a loving, stable home.

In writing news, there hasn't been much time in between blowing my nose, but I'm in a good place. I've written parts of Chapter One, Four and Seven, which is different for me. Right now the chapters are just sections containing a changing event, but it's as good a place as any to begin.

One thing I'm struggling with (and seem to be losing) is that my hero says he looks like Viggo Mortensen in LOTR but with the lighter hair. Here. I don't think so, but he keeps going back that way even when I try to make him look more like Josh Holloway. Probably best to let him have his way, he knows better than me what he looks like. Viggo is maybe more interesting, I just wouldn't really classify him as eye candy, you know?

You wouldn't classify Viggo as eye candy or your hero as eye candy?

'Cause, IMO, there's absolutely nothing wrong with looking like Viggo! ;o)

Hi Renee, long time! Good to see you.

You know, I think I'm adjusting to Viggo. He's growing on me. (G) My character is most *assuredly* eye candy. It's the light-colored eyes, I think. Some blue-eyed lover in a past life must have double-crossed me, I tend toward darker eyes. Silly.

And if a character is of a mind to insist on something like this it'd be an awful waste not to listen. I should just be grateful and watch for his next move!

Hi Cindy,
Nothin' wrong with Viggo. *g*

You asked me a couple of questions on the blog and I haven't answered them yet.

The labels on the recipe blog are done through the new blogger template add-on thingies. The labels on the writing blog I coded in by hand. I can show you what to do for that if you'd like.

And, the books in the giveaway are a combination of some I purchased, and some that were given to me. I just don't have the shelf space to keep them all. And I thought this would be a good way to spread the author's names. Also, the fantasy books at my local used bookstore, sit on the shelves for a long time. We're a small community. What can I say? *G*
